The Birth of a GREAT leader!

One of the biggest things that we learned about at Summit was that you do not have to be perfect to start! So don’t wait to start! No matter how much information you have, you will not be perfect when you first start- no one is prefect at ANYTHING their FIRST time. You can always fake it until you make it.  So make those big goals for yourself and start treating your business AS IF it were already a $100,000 business.

Belief and vision are contagious- so share yours. Share your belief with your down line coaches; share your dreams with your family and friends. Not only will it encourage them to dream bigger as well, but they can help keep you accountable to your goals! Think about what you believe YOU can achieve as a coach, and make a list. Ask yourself “what are my limiting beliefs?” Do you believe that only perfect people can be successful? Or is it that you believe that you need more time, or more friends? Whatever it is that is holding you back- STOP. There are truly ZERO limits to your dreams.  Is your vision big enough? Is it what you TRULY want?

Don’t limit yourself by dreaming smaller dreams just because you think that they are more attainable.  So what are your goals with this Beachbody business? Do you want to pay off your debt? Travel more? Achieve financial freedom? Make $10,000 a week? You should not be saying “I could never.” START replacing that with I WILL- the sky is the limit with Beachbody coaching! So is your vision big enough or do you need to expand your beliefs?

To be an excellent leader you need to learn what good leadership is by being in the “trenches.” Experience is truly the biggest thing that will make you a strong leader. Become a great leader by finding a mentor, being a mentor, and participating in events. All of the great leaders have also made a commitment to their own personal development- they never stop growing, and BECAUSE of this, their organizations do not stop growing! Without personal development, you WILL hit a wall.

Last thing for this post: as a leader, you should have a leader or a mentor. Follow the people that you would like to be like. A level 5 leader will never follow a level 3 leader. Become who you would like to lead, you want to attract people that have the qualities that you would like in a coach. So follow those coaches you would like to be like on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
