One of the most important things to decide right before or after you decide to take the leap and become a coach. What type of coach are you?

Presenting Seaglass Dynasty
FREE Clean Eating Group
I have gotten SO many question in the past few weeks about challenge groups and nutrition so I figured I would PAY IT FORWARD and run a 100% free clean eating challenge group. I will provide you with everything you need to succeed for 7 days. The menu, the grocery list, the quick and simple recipes. This is literally the meal plan I eat from. All you have to do is follow through for 7 days and see how you feel. You can do this with any workout plan you are doing, or by itself- I just want to help YOU feel as good as I do and learn how easy it is to eat clean. Message me, add me as a friend on Facebook, or comment below and I'll add you! (Also let me know of any food allergies/issues and I'll make sure I have a "safe alternative" meal if an issue arises!)

Contagious Attitudes
Don't you just HATE it when you are rocking a good mood and then someone brings you down hard because of their bad attitude? I don't know about you, but I don't want to be the one to ruin anyones good day. I would much rather be the person making their day better! So where is your attitude today?

Living in the Moment
I may have to work late tonight (like most nights this week!) and I would much rather be at home with my cats (and husband too but He's working). But you know what?! I have a job. With three beautiful girls that I get to love on and help raise to be great people.
I'm working hard to build a life where we don't have debt. That means I sleep 6 hours a night and work as many hours at my full time job height the day while building Seaglass Dynasty at night and before work. I've decided to enjoy the journey. I know all of this hard work now will be worth it in a year or two. This is my life. Breathe it in. I'll enjoy these baby giggles while I get them.

SS Beachbody
Guess who has a spot on the SS Beachbody?! Mike and I!!!!
It is no secret that Mike and I love to travel. I am so lucky to work for a company (even if it's not my full time job haha) that spoils us rotten! We will be heading to Jamaica and Haiti on the largest ship on the ocean- the Oasis of the Seas...for FREE!!!!
Thank you so much to my team and for all of my challengers for allowing ME to be the one to HELP you. It is because of all of you and your belief in me and the team that allows me to be able to do this.
2015: Mission taking control of how we spend our lives is officially in motion and gaining traction.
Now my goal is to get five people to bring along with me and earn their spot on the cruise. Spreading the love y'all. Everybody counts.

Be Better
Who are you allowing to influence your life and moods? If you are anything like I was, you have some negativity in your life. Now I'm not saying to drop anyone like a dirty sock, but to add more people in your life that add positivity. When you do that you will have the ripple effect and possibly even turn your negative nellies into better people as well. It has certainly helped me SO much in he last two years!

Happiness
Just took an afternoon break to enjoy some espresso with my husband. I love spending time with him, being outdoors, coffee, my sea glass colors and setting our goals for the year. When you do more of what makes you happy, it makes you a nicer person all around. It has a ripple effect to those around you and its pretty darn amazing.

My Journey
See that girl on the top right? She is literally hiding behind her boyfriend for a photo. That was in March of 2012. The top middle photo is February of 2013 when I realized I had had enough. Enough of the hiding behind others, comparing myself to others, pretending I didn't care about my weight, and struggling to do things I used to do easily. I was not proud of who I had become and I was ready to put the work in and change. So 2 years ago I made a goal of getting in shape. It has turned out to be the one out best journeys I could have been on.
It has been a slow journey as I didn't want a "quick fix." Well... who am I joking of COURSE I wanted a quick fix but I wasn't willing to give up things or make changes quickly to do that. And overall? I think that has helped me in the long run. Sure I gain 5 lbs here and lose it again but its 5 lbs and not 30lbs!
I have had some ups and downs and wrong turns along the way but I feel 100% better overall. I have made new friends, surrounded myself with positive people, and helped many more people change themselves for the better as well. I believe in myself and am proud of the person I have become. Am I perfect? Definitely not. But I am a little bit better than I was yesterday, everyday- and that's all anyone can really ask for. This year's goal? To commit to helping even more people reach their potential.

Greener Grass
Sometimes I can get caught up too much on other people, what they are doing or have that I don't. While it is great to have mentors and surround myself with positive people- I will get much further in life by just buckling down and focusing on making MY life perfect for ME. When I focus on other people, I try to focus on how I can IMPROVE their lives or add to it. Ultimately that is what makes my grass greener anyway! :)

Make Your Bed
I'm serious! I read about this once somewhere (personal development probably)- start your day by making your bed. Because that will fill you with pride in accomplishing your first task of the day and encourage you to do more.
My day usually starts like this- alarm wakes me up, drink my E&E, get dressed, brush my teeth, make my bed, then go get my workout on.
It makes it so much harder to crawl back in bed when it is made all pretty for the day.

Looking to the Future
I am forever an optimist, but after this week, looking at my team- I am seriously SO excited! There are SO many great rings coming our way and I am so excited for the direction that we are heading! I am so proud of my team, and am so lucky to be on this journey with them. I love each and every one of you and know that you can make all of your dreams come true. Together we are better, smoothing each others edges.

Be Proud of Who You Are
I choose to see the good in people. Ask any friend who has vented to me about another- and they will affirm that it is true. I always try to give reasons why someone could be acting the way that they are. I try to focus on what good things they may have done instead of their mistakes.
Because of this, sometimes I am mistaken for being a pushover or that I live in my own "perfect world." This could not be further from the truth. I focus on the good in people because I can see it when other may not be able to. I know my faults. You know your faults. You know what? I can see the faults in others. What good would it do for me to point out others mistakes and faults all the time? Why do we walk around pointing out the worst in others? It only makes them focus on it more which in turn makes it an even bigger problem. Show people the good in themselves and they will believe in themselves a bit more.
I am not perfect, although I am mostly a perfectionist and would love to be. Haha I sometimes drop the ball, I can be horrible at returning texts or phone calls (or even following up with someone), I procrastinate, and I am very easily distracted. And you know what?! If someone just focused on those traits no one would want to get to know me. But I also love fiercely, am loyal to a fault, am always willing to help others, and can generally just be a fun person to be around.
THOSE are the traits I am going to focus on. And I am going to continue on seeing the good in others because everyone has some and they deserve to be seen.

Just Begin
This is really hard for me. I have always been a perfectionist and I have never want to start anything until I know that I will be good at it. I guess this mostly stems form my deep need to not fail. My deep need to be accepted. For some reason I always think that I need to know everything or be doing everything the right way for others to accept me. This obviously is not the best way for me to operate throughout my life. Because of this, I have made it my goal for the rest of the year to set aside my fears of not being the best, and not being perfect and just going for it. So here it is- being made public for all of the world to see. I am going to spend the next two months taking chances and giving it my all- even when I may not be the expert. Wish me luck!

Focus on Amazing
This is just a little reminder for all of you. Sometimes we just get so swept up in life, work, and social media that we forget to stop and look around. We don't always see the beauty and awesomeness that is our lives. There will always be good things and bad things in life. What you decide to focus on is up to you. What you choose to focus on will determine your attitude. So focus on the amazing.

Funky
I've been in a funk this week. Which is crazy because I start a great new nanny job on Monday, have been rocking t25, and am surrounded by some pretty great people. Operation work on my nutrition starts tomorrow but for now I will read some personal development and drink my sleepytime tea before bed. I'm getting back into the right mindset. Between personal development, more water, a good nights sleep, and my tea I should be good to go! I control my mood, so I'm going to fix it!
