- I adapted this recipe from Taste of home. This is also their photo- am I the only one that is the WORST at taking photos of the food I make? Seriously, by the time it is made I need to EAT it! This is a fairly forgiving recipe so I also sometimes add tomatoes or cucumber if I have it.
- 1 cup chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 cup chopped red pepper
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 shallots, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 serrano pepper, peeled, seeded, and chopped.
